Brazil holds 37.3% of postings, still the largest market, though its share fell vs. May and its own count was about flat. Mexico grew to 23.7%, and Chile rose +64.4% and Peru +61.8% on their own counts. The top three markets together are 73.1% of the pool, a touch lower than May as demand spread out. We don't know why Chile and Peru moved together this month; both are built on a handful of boards, so we are watching rather than calling it.

Separately, 75 postings are remote roles that don't list a country. We keep them visible rather than folding them into any market.

These markets rest on very few postings, so we hold them apart.

Among the 1,650 postings that state a modality, the split is close to even: onsite 34.7%, remote 34.2%, hybrid 31.1%. The shares barely moved from May. A large group, 1,798 postings, didn't state a modality at all, so read the split as covering the ones that did.

Roles

Solutions Architect is now the most posted role, at 25.8% (+5.6 points from May). DevOps fell 7.4 points, to 24.0%.

Compared against May only, so this is a direction of change, not a trend to extend.

Solutions Architect is now the most common role at 25.8%, up from 20.2% in May, and its count rose +46.8%. DevOps fell to 24.0% of the pool and its count dropped -11.7%. Security is the sharpest mover: it reached 14.6% with its count up +101.6%. MLOps is thin at 40 postings, so treat its move as directional.

Seniority barely moved. Senior roles are 24.5% of the pool, close to May's 23.7%. If a senior shift was expected, the data doesn't show one this month.

On skills, June has no rises large enough to report, only pullbacks. GitHub Actions fell -48.9%, from 315 to 161 mentions, and GitLab CI, Argo CD and Helm all roughly halved. Much of this tracks the drop in postings that listed any required skills at all, so read it as fewer explicit skill lists, not a clean signal that these tools are wanted less. Cloud Security, microservices, CI/CD pipelines and IAM stayed in the stable core.

Staffing and recruitment firms account for 4.9% of postings, down a little from May. No single employer runs the board: the top name, Jobgether, is 39 postings against a pool of 3,448. EPAM posted 38 roles, well below its May count. These per-employer counts are small, so treat them as a snapshot.

Methodology

How it was built

We collect cloud and DevOps job postings from four major sources (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Workable and Greenhouse) and remove duplicates, so a role listed on two sites counts once. We keep only roles posted within the month, across seven cloud role categories: cloud engineer, DevOps, SRE, platform engineer, security, solutions architect and MLOps. June is the third published edition; the comparison baseline is May 2026.

Solid and soft

Country, role and provider signals are solid: they are filled on most postings and corroborated across sources. Pay, certifications, English and years of experience are soft, listed on a minority of postings, and are read with care. Small markets and small employers rest on few postings and are held apart.

Known limits

This describes the postings we track, not a census of the market. Some active listings are stale, so we scope to the month a role was posted.
