Brazil accounts for 34.7% of postings, 1.2 points less than in August, followed by Mexico (25.1%) and Colombia (12.6%).

Methodology

How it was built

We collect cloud and DevOps job postings from four job sites and remove duplicates, so a role listed on two sites counts once. We keep only roles posted within the month, across seven cloud role categories: cloud engineer, DevOps, SRE, platform engineer, security, solutions architect and MLOps. September is the sixth published edition; the comparison base is August 2026.

Solid and soft

Country, role and provider signals appear on most postings. Salary, certifications, English level and years of experience are sparse.

Known limits

This describes the postings we track, not a census of the market. In mid-September we changed the AI model that assigns each posting its role and country, so part of the change in role shares may come from that. From July we count a posting as an internship only when it offers one.
